Hi, I’m Karen Witchalls-Plunkett. Great to see you!
I have over 25 years of experience in broadcast journalism, presenting and public speaking, having worked across TV, theatre and live events.
I present extensively for corporate clients both in the UK and internationally at conferences, this includes facilitating at events, product launches and on screen for clients including Marks & Spencer, GSK and Peugeot. See my blog for the latest case studies.
Alongside Businesses On Screen, I run a presenter talent agency called Perfect Match Presenters, helping match experienced presenters with a wide variety of presenting and voice over jobs on TV, radio, online and live events.

Why Businesses On Screen?
My hands-on professional presenting experience has taught me what it takes to make the perfect presenter. That’s why, in 2017, I launched Businesses on Screen!
I coach individuals and groups to get over the fear of being in front of camera and on-stage by teaching them how to connect with their audience in a personable and authentic way.
Since the Covid-19 pandemic, we have all been forced to do business differently; often online via video calls or even being thrust onto digital stages at global hybrid events!
While presenting to camera comes as second nature to me, I understand it is a whole new ball game compared to communicating to a room full of people if you’re not used to it or if you’ve had no training or previous experience.
My group presentation skills workshops, 1-to-1 coaching sessions and ‘lunch and learns’ take place via Zoom or in-person, in and around London and globally online. I have also created a ‘self-serve’ online course to help beginners boost their confidence on camera in business.
I truly believe everyone can find their inner presenter, and by doing so, will find they reach their personal career goals faster and with a greater sense of fulfilment!
It’s been a real thrill to watch my clients grow in confidence in front of camera enabling them to broadcast regularly on YouTube, Facebook Live, IGTV, LinkedIn and through their own websites and internal communications platforms.
I am here to teach you that the lens really is your friend! I really do have the greatest job in the world!
